Job summary
A dynamic company in Singapore is looking for a Sales Coordinator to manage order processing and customer inquiries. The selected candidate will issue quotations, track sales orders, and help resolve customer issues effectively. Qualifications

Job responsibilities
- Issue quotations, process sales orders, sample orders, service orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Monitor and track sales orders from initiation to fulfilment, ensuring orders are processed promptly and accurately.
- Respond quickly and efficiently to all incoming enquiries by phone and email
- Assist in resolving incoming customers’ issues relating to orders.
- Plan local delivery routes and manage day-to-day delivery schedule
- Prepare delivery and invoicing documents for daily deliveries.
- Submit invoices to customers via email or through online portals
