Job summary

A leading company in business resource optimization solutions seeks a Sales Support professional. The role involves processing sales orders, managing customer relations, and generating sales reports. Qualifications

Job Summary:

Commercial support, creating and processing sales orders and contracts in a timely manner, updates the CRM system promptly, stays ahead of and followup with customer requests to ensure customer satisfaction. Identify and prospecting new potential clients pro-actively.

Job Description:

  • Able to use Zoho CRM to update, track, and record all sales processes and potential leads.
  • Generate Sales Analysis and Reports
  • Arranging presentations and appointments with new clients, follow-up on leads
  • Provide accurate and timely information to management
  • Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s products and services to facilitate the sales process
  • Contact prospects via phone, email, and online meetings to present IT solutions.
  • Good negotiation skills to close sales.
  • Providing support to our customers and sales team by preparing quotes and pricing.
  • Maintain and update Zoho CRM software with accurate lead and detailed information.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align on lead-generation strategies.
  • Partner with the technical team to ensure client requirements are met effectively and ensure smooth deployment.

Qualifications/Experience required:

  • University Degree/ Polytechnic Diploma in Business, Computer Science, or related.
  • Preferably 2+ years in inside sales/sales support /lead generation/ in IT or technology-related industries
  • Fast learner and a self-starter with high adaptability.
  • Familiarity with Zoho CRM.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams).
  • Good Knowledge of IT products, software, IoT solutions is a plus.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with strong negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across operations, IT, marketing, finance teams.
