Job Description:
- Support in daily operations & customer service
- Prepare monthly sales report
- Perform admin support duties - Data entries, keying of invoices, photocopying, filing, scanning, etc.
- Any other ad-hoc admin duties assigned by superior
- Assist in operations of the sales department
- Update sales report daily
- Generate purchase and delivery orders
- Liaise with suppliers to place orders
- Liaise with customers and installation team and manage installation schedule.
- Chase outstanding payments from customers and resolve disputes with customers.
Requirements:
- Pleasant, hardworking, and responsible
- Able to perform and eager to learn
- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Computer literate and good communication skills
- Immediate availability/within short notice
