The Sales Coordinator is responsible for general office and administrative duties to support the Sales & Marketing Team. He/She assists with drafting sales proposals and agreements, preparing expenses, and coordinating follow-up on assigned tasks.

Our Expectations:

  • Oversee general administration functions, including filing, emailing, typing, copying, and mail distribution.
  • Coordinate and arrange meetings, including booking function rooms and taking meeting notes.
  • Assist with processing purchase orders and stock requisitions.
  • Ensure data entry standards and database integrity.
  • Complete work tasks on time, maintaining quality and consistency.
  • Prepare and review documents such as proposals, contracts, reports, and meeting minutes for accuracy.
  • Update or prepare monthly action plans and end-of-month reports.
  • Assist with department expense claims.
  • Manage giveaways and stationery inventory.
  • Communicate with vendors regarding events and tasks.
  • Assist with pre-trip scheduling and post-trip expense claims.
  • Coordinate HR-related activities for the department.
  • Conduct marketing intelligence activities as needed.
  • Participate in sales blitzes.
  • Conduct tele-sales for business leads.
  • Handle incoming calls, qualifying and directing them appropriately.
  • Conduct hotel tours for clients.
  • Attend to walk-in guests and incoming calls, providing product and service information.
  • Make bookings in Opera Sales & Catering system.
  • Support internal sales and special promotions.
  • Participate in and coordinate in-house events, including RSVP and attendance tracking.
