Job description

As a Car Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in our dealership by greeting and assisting customers in the showroom. Your focus will be on understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable vehicles, conducting test drives, and explaining vehicle features and benefits. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing quotations, following up on leads to close sales, and maintaining a customer database for effective post-sale relationship management.To excel in this role, you should have prior experience in automobile sales, a genuine passion for vehicles, and excellent communication skills. Achieving monthly sales targets will be a key performance indicator, contributing directly to the growth of the dealership. Coordination with the finance and insurance team will ensure smooth processing of transactions.Ideally, you should have 6 months to 3 years of experience in automobile sales. While a minimum qualification of 10+2 is required, graduation is considered a plus. A valid 4-wheeler Driving License is mandatory for this role. The location of this position is in Pune, and it is a Full-time job with day shift schedule.In terms of benefits, you will be eligible for health insurance and Provident Fund.
