About the Company
Our client is a well-established soft furnishings brand that blends sustainability with high-quality design for modern interiors. As part of their expansion, they are seeking passionate and results-driven Sales Consultants / Specifiers to join their growing team.
What You’ll Do
- Sales & Business Development – Pitch soft furnishing solutions to clients (corporate, hospitality, residential), prepare proposals, and close sales.
- Designer Engagement – Work closely with interior designers, architects, and corporate clients to specify suitable products for projects.
- Client & Stakeholder Collaboration – Liaise with designers in large-scale developments and luxury hotels to recommend products that fit their needs.
- Customer Consultation – Provide recommendations to walk-in customers and B2B clients to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Admin & Sales Support – Maintain sales records, manage project timelines, track inventory updates, and assist in e-commerce operations.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in soft furnishings, flooring (vinyl), carpets, or related interior project industries.
- Ability to engage and sell to designers, hotel project teams, and consultants.
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and basic online sales tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for sales tracking and project coordination.
- Independent, self-driven, and organized with good time management.
Working Hours
- Mon – Fri: 9.00am – 6.00pm
- Sat: 10.00am – 5.00pm (alternate; if working on Sat, off on following Mon)
- Sun: Rest day
Compensation & Benefits
- Basic Salary: Up to $3,000 + Commission + Variable Bonus (performance-based)
- Annual Leave: 14 days
