Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, understand their needs, and suggest suitable products
• Maintain cleanliness of the store and well-merchandised displays
• Monitor and replenish inventory when necessary
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
• Building rapport with customers and upselling products

Requirements

• Nitec/ Diploma in Business management and/or equivalent
• Prior experience in retail sales is advantageous
• Strong customer service orientation with supportive attitude
