Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and driven Sales Consultant to join our recruitment team in a 360 role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both business development and end-to-end recruitment. You will play a key role in expanding our client base, managing accounts, and delivering high-quality talent solutions for the Oil & Gas / Energy industry. Experience in the Middle East market (Qatar, UAE, Saudi Arabia) is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Sales

  • Identify and secure new manpower supply and recruitment contracts in the Oil & Gas / Energy sector.
  • Build and maintain long-term partnerships with EPC contractors, oil companies, and key project stakeholders.
  • Promote and position recruitment, staffing, and workforce deployment services based on client needs.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Track market developments and competitor activity to capitalize on new opportunities.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, and offer management.
  • Build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates across various technical and non-technical disciplines.
  • Ensure timely and accurate placement of candidates in alignment with client expectations.
  • Coordinate with HR, Admin, and Compliance teams to support smooth onboarding and mobilization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a 360 recruitment or sales role, preferably in the Oil & Gas or engineering sector.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of Middle Eastern markets is a plus.
  • Experience in international recruitment or manpower outsourcing is advantageous.
