Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Consultant located in Madipakkam, Chennai. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for sales consulting, ensuring customer satisfaction, effective communication, providing excellent customer service, and offering consulting services to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Identify decision makers within targeted leads and initiate the sales process.
  2. Penetrate all targeted accounts and generate sales opportunities for the company's products and services.
  3. Set up and deliver sales presentations and product/service demonstrations daily.
  4. Follow up systematically with client organizations to close sales within stipulated timelines.
  5. Act as an interface between the customer and internal support teams to ensure optimal service delivery.
  6. Adhere to sales processes and requirements.

Required Candidate Profile

  • At least 12 months of proven experience or MBA (freshers can apply).
  • Must have a laptop and a bike (with valid DL and RC).
  • Should be fully vaccinated.
  • Ready for field sales.
