Sales Consultant I Up to 4.2k + Comms I 5 Days I West - NX

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive revenue by achieving or surpassing sales goals set by management.
• Represent the company with pride and become recognized as a trusted expert in the construction space.
• Identify new business prospects within the construction market, including developers, consultants, architects, and contractors.
• Maintain excellent customer relationships by understanding their needs and delivering tailored value.
• Evaluate leads and analyze and report on the potential of new clients to support strategic decision-making.
• Stay updated on site developments and provide accurate material forecasts to ensure project success.
• Communicate trends, issues, and opportunities to leadership to influence product strategy and direction.
• Ensure customers and dealers are aligned on terms and payment conditions.
• Provide effective, case-specific solutions and troubleshoot customer issues.
• Deliver hands-on support and training to ensure client satisfaction.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the construction or related industry.
• Hunter role experience is highly advantageous.
• Ownership of a car or motorcycle is required (Candidates without a vehicle currently may still apply but must obtain one within two months).
• Energetic, self-driven, and results-oriented personality.
• Hands-on experience with construction or project-based sales is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage clients effectively.
