The successful candidate will work closely with HNW clients and professional referral partners, while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders across different markets to deliver tailored insurance solutions.

• Drive sales development and business growth within the HNW segment.
• Develop and maintain relationships with HNW and UHNW clients, as well as professional referral partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop client relationships through existing networks and business development activities.
• Promote life insurance solutions, including Universal Life and other relevant insurance products.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial client engagement through application, underwriting and policy issuance.
• Liaise with insurers and internal stakeholders to coordinate insurance applications and ensure timely execution.
• Work closely with case management and support teams to ensure accurate documentation and smooth case progression.
• Provide clients and referral partners with appropriate product information and support throughout the application process.
• Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across different markets and functions.
• Participate in internal and external training to maintain strong product and market knowledge.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales and client servicing processes.

What you need to have

• Degree with 6-8 years of relevant experience in Sales / Business Development within private banking, securities, asset management, insurance or related financial services.
• Proven experience in a client-facing sales role within the HNW / UHNW segment.
• Strong track record in promoting Universal Life and/or other life insurance products.
• Existing relationships or network within the HNW / UHNW segment will be highly advantageous.
• Strong understanding of HNW insurance products, wealth solutions and relevant financial services practices.
• Commercially driven, results-oriented and able to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Strong presentation, communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients, referral partners, insurers and internal stakeholders across different markets.
• Global and growth-oriented mindset, with the ability to operate in an international environment.
