Drive recruitment sales by matching talent to job orders and closing placements
Hit and exceed performance KPIs and revenue targets through consistent follow-ups and pipeline management
Manage the full recruitment cycle – from sourcing to onboarding – while maintaining accurate candidate and client records

Log your activities in CRM and keep a pulse on your progress towards goals.

Education: Local Polytechnic Diploma, equivalent or above
