Job summary

KEYSTONE GROWTH PARTNER in Singapore is hiring for a fresh, entry-level full-time sales role focused on consultative face-to-face customer engagement. You will identify customer needs at assigned sites, propose suitable products, and guide clients through pricing and terms, aiming to sign up new customers.

With mentorship and comprehensive training, you will learn the products, compliance requirements, and campaign processes, while pursuing realistic career progression and travel opportunities

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; fresh graduates welcome.
• Excellent listening and probing abilities.
• Ability to explain pricing and terms clearly.
• Willing to travel for campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers at assigned sites and assess their requirements.

• Explain terms, pricing and contractual details accurately.
• Complete sign-ups and ensure documentation meets client compliance standards.
• Meet weekly sign-up targets.

Position level: Fresh/entry level - Type: Full Time - Salary: $3,200 - $4,000 monthly commissions

About the role

Consultative face-to-face sales - establishing what a customer actually needs before recommending anything. Clients span telecommunications, consumer services and the non-profit sector.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Engage customers at assigned sites and assess their requirements

• Complete sign-ups and ensure documentation meets client compliance standards
• Meet weekly sign-up targets
