As the official distributors for BYD and Denza in Singapore, we offer extensive aftersales and roadside assistance services through our Quick Lane Service Centre, leveraging our diverse expertise to ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Description

  • Promote and sell new & BYD vehicles (passenger cars & commercial vehicles), meeting monthly and annual sales quotas.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships, promoting and selling vehicles to both new and existing customers, ensuring good rapport on behalf of the company.
  • Monitor outstanding payments through communication with customers.
  • Coordinate with admin regarding registration, PDI, and payments.
  • Work with PDI personnel on new vehicle deliveries.
  • Liaise with banks for loan approvals and insurance companies for quotes.
  • Ensure all trade-in, finance, and insurance transactions are processed through the in-house panel.
  • Conduct prospecting sessions with management to update on sales progress.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the Sales Showroom, Display, and Test Drive vehicles.
  • Adhere to operational standards as per company policies.
  • Serve walk-in BYD customers, including conducting test drives, and utilize personal networks to achieve sales targets.
  • Engage actively with B2B clients, including corporate clients, leasing, and fleet operators, to achieve corporate and fleet sales.
  • Provide ongoing engagement with B2B clients regarding product updates, promotions, and opportunities.
  • Follow up on web inquiries.
  • Submit used vehicle quotes and coordinate with VPO on trade-ins.
  • Enter leads, test drives, and update prospects in the Salesforce system.
  • Advise customers on bank loans and insurance schemes.
  • Handle all documentation related to vehicle sales, loans, insurance, COE bids, registration, delivery, PDI, and customer requests.
  • Inspect vehicles before delivery to customers.

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE 'O' / 'A' Levels or Diploma in Business or related fields.
  • Strong sales closing techniques.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Customer-oriented with excellent customer service skills.
