A leading automotive company in Singapore is seeking sales personnel to promote and sell BYD vehicles, manage customer relationships, and achieve sales targets in a dynamic environment. Candidates should possess strong sales techniques, customer orientation, and communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction and foster business growth.

Job Description
Promoting and selling new & BYD vehicles (passenger cars & commercial vehicles) and ensuring that monthly and annual sales quotas are being met.
Developing and maintaining relationships of clients with / E-Auto, consistently promoting and selling vehicles for usage to both new and existing customers while maintaining a good relationship with them on behalf of the company.
Communicate with customers in monitoring outstanding payments
Communicate with admin on registration, PDI & payments
Communicate with PDI personnel on new vehicle delivery
Liaising with banks for loan approval and insurance companies for insurance quotes
Ensure all trade-in, finance, and insurance are through an in-house panel
Prospecting sessions with management to update on sales progress
Maintain and upkeep the cleanliness and appearance of the Sales Showroom, Display & Test Drive vehicles
Maintain operations standards according to Company policies set
Serve walk-in BYD customers (including conducting test drives) and tap into own networks / existing customers to achieve Sales quotas
Active canvassing of B2B clients (including corporate clients, businesses, leasing & fleet operators etc) to achieve corporate and fleet sales
Consistent engagement with B2B clients with product updates, new promotions, new products, and new opportunities
Follow up on assigned web inquiries
Submit used vehicle quotes & liaise with VPO for all car trade-ins
Key in leads, test drives & update prospects into SalesForce system.
Advise customers on bank loan and insurance schemes available
Submission of all documents relating to the new vehicle, used vehicles, loan, insurance, COE bids, registration, delivery, PDI, and customers’ special requests
Checking of customers’ cars before delivery
Requirement
Minimum O / A Levels / Diploma in Business or equivalent
Good Sales Closing Techniques
Presentation Skills
Customer Oriented with strong Customer Service Skills
