JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
• Offer expert advice on skincare routines, application techniques, and beauty products.
• Perform hand demos, disseminate product samples, brochures, flyers, etc., and assist customers in finding the suitable product they are looking for.
• Engage with customers to discover their wants and needs and build productive trust relationships.
• Achieve the monthly targets and “Go the extra mile” to drive sales.
• Continuously seek to improve product knowledge and act as an expert for the customer.
• Conduct brand/product training to peers when required.
• Support overall day-to-day retail operations and housekeeping of the store.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the beauty industry.
• Strong knowledge of skincare and cosmetics products.
• Sales-oriented with a passion for beauty.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Fast-paced and collaborative working style.

SALARY AND LOCATION

• Salary Range: Earn up to an average of S$10,000 per month (uncapped).
• Location: Central area (MRT lines) - EWL, NSL, CCL (Millennia Walk & Raffles City Shopping Mall).
• Working Hours: Shifts.
