Job Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular visits and consistent follow-ups.

• Monitor and respond promptly to customer feedback, ensuring timely resolution of issues.

• Conduct customer visits during festive seasons and promotional campaigns to enhance engagement.

• Maintain direct communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and service continuity.

• Identify potential business opportunities, drive new customer acquisition, and nurture existing accounts.

• Lead negotiations and successfully close deals with prospective clients.

• Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.
