Job Description:

Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

Conduct client visits to identify and understand their challenges and requirements.

Prepare detailed needs analysis and documentation based on client interviews.

Coordinate project requirements and communication between clients and internal engineers.

Manage end-to-end processes including quotation, contract negotiation, and payment follow-up.

Job Requirements:

• Proficiency in Mandarin and English to liaise with Mandarin speaking and local clients; Japanese language skills are a strong advantage in order to communicate with Japanese stakeholders.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in one of the following:
• Sales of software solutions related to AI and IoT
• Sales experience in the construction industry
• Diploma degree or higher, preferably in Business Administration or IT related field (Candidates with strong relevant work experience may be considered regardless of educational background).
• Work experience in Japanese companies or European/American companies is a plus.
• Those with smart system sales experience will be given priority.
• Candidates with experience in handling government-related applications or procedures will also be prioritized.
