Roles & Responsibilities

Position: Yoga Sales Consultant / Business Development

Location: Tai Seng & Outram Park

We are on the lookout for a Sales Consultant / Business Development Executive who’s not only results-driven, but also people-first and passionate about wellness.

What You’ll Do:

  • Be the face of Yoga Sadhana—welcome new leads, walk-ins, and members with warmth and professionalism

  • Introduce our class packages, memberships, and promotions in a way that feels natural and helpful

  • Build and nurture relationships with members and clients, providing consistent follow-up and check-ins

  • Seek out partnerships with corporates, brands, and wellness collaborators to grow our business

  • Support the team during events, workshops, and new studio activations

  • Track leads and conversions to meet monthly sales goals

  • Collaborate closely with the front desk, instructors, and marketing team to ensure an exceptional client experience

Who You Are:

  • A people person—approachable, attentive, and confident in communication

  • Passionate about yoga and wellness

  • Have experience in customer service, sales, or business development

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong follow-up skills with a “can-do” attitude

  • Enjoys building connections and is a team player
