Retail Sales Executive – Curtains & Blinds

We help homeowners and interior designers bring their vision to life through elegant, functional window dressings. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated and personable Retail Sales Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in and appointment-based customers at our showroom with selecting curtains, blinds, and fabric options

• Provide expert advice on fabric choices, styles, and product features

• Conduct site visits for measurements and consultation (training will be provided)

• Prepare and follow up on quotations and invoices

• Maintain showroom cleanliness and product displays

• Build strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team success

Requirements

• 5 working days per week, including one weekend (alternate Saturday or Sunday). Weekday off provided in exchange.

• Prior retail or sales experience (interior furnishings or home décor a plus)

• A keen eye for design and color coordination

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Good command of English (additional languages are a bonus)

• Willingness to learn technical aspects of curtains/blinds installation

• Responsible, well-organized, and service-oriented

• Comfortable working on weekends (with weekday off-in-lieu)
