Job Summary:

· Basic Salary : $2800 / $3500

· Working Location: Central

· Working Days: Mon-Fri

· Working Hours: 9.00am – 6.00pm

Job Description

· Achieve sales target KPIs, call quality and operational standards;

· Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling;

· Handle and follow up with customer enquiries with confidence;

· Convert leads provided by the bank to sales through telemarketing activities;

· Ensure calls are conducted with full adherence to regulations and in line with Quality Assurance standards;

· Liaise with internal departments on policy fulfillment;

· Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.

· Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.

Requirements

· Prior experience in Sales

· Fluent and strong communication skills
