Job Description

• Actively engage with potential and existing clients to promote a wide range of professional hair care treatments and solutions, including scalp therapies, hair loss prevention, and hair restoration.
• Consult with clients to understand their hair and scalp concerns, goals, and lifestyle.
• Recommend and sell customized hair care programs tailored to individual needs.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets, contributing to overall team performance.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain smooth day-to-day operations and outstanding client service.
• Maintain accurate records of client profiles, treatment plans, appointments, and sales.
• Handle any other ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, ideally in the hair care industry.
• Passionate about hair health, scalp care, with a desire to educate and empower clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic about achieving sales success.
• Relevant qualifications in hair/scalp care, trichology, or cosmetology are an added advantage.
