- Monday to Friday: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Saturday: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
(5.5-day work week)
We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Education Sales Consultant to join our growing team. You will play a key role in engaging prospective students, promoting our programmes, and supporting the enrolment process.
· Respond to walk-in and online enquiries (phone, WhatsApp, email and social media)
· Provide course counselling and guide students through application and enrolment
· Follow up with leads and maintain accurate student records
· Meet individual sales targets
· Support school events, open houses, and marketing activities
· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding
· Do weekly social media marketing and weekly sales report
· Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
· Minimum secondary school education or equivalent
· Sales or customer service experience is an advantage
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers
· Strong initiative and results-driven mindset
· Able to work independently and as part of a team
· Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and basic digital tools
· Willing to work during stated hours, including Saturdays
• Basic Salary: SGD 2,000 – SGD 5,000 (commensurate with experience)

· 接待现场及线上咨询(电话、WhatsApp、电邮)
· 提供课程咨询,协助学生完成申请和报名流程
· 跟进潜在客户并维护学生资料
· 完成个人及团队销售目标
· 支持学院活动、开放日及市场推广工作
· 与内部团队协调,确保学生顺利入学
· 完成上级交办的其他行政任务
· 具备中学学历或同等资格
· 拥有销售或客户服务经验者优先
· 良好的沟通和人际交往能力
· 能使用英文沟通;能以中文沟通者将有优势(需与讲华语的客户沟通)
· 积极主动、以目标为导向
· 能独立作业,也能与团队合作
· 熟悉 Microsoft Excel 及基本电脑技能
· 能配合上述工作时间,包括周六
• 基本薪资:新币 2,000 – 5,000(视经验而定)
