POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and service-oriented Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client inquiries, nurturing relationships, and driving membership sales. The ideal candidate is personable, proactive, a good team player, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Respond to incoming enquiries via phone and email; guide prospects from initial contact through to closure, including scheduling studio tours.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current promotions and services to effectively educate prospects and conduct follow-up sales calls.
  • Build and sustain strong client relationships.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Service team to achieve monthly targets.
  • Take an active role in achieving both individual and team sales goals.
  • Review prospect data and closure rates; coordinate with Marketing to provide feedback and insights.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Outgoing and approachable personality; comfortable engaging with a diverse clientele.
  • Minimum of one year’s sales management experience, preferably within health, wellness, or fitness industries.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
  • Strong numerical and computer skills; familiarity with MBO (MindBody Online) is preferred.
  • Willingness to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.

WHAT WE OFFER:

  • Competitive base salary: $2,000 to $2,300, commensurate with experience.
  • Attractive sales commission structure.
