Job description

PERFECTION J TCM is a beauty TCM located at the heart of Jurong West Market.

Our company has been in the beauty industry for over 15 years. Our clients are mainly from the neighborhood, with a large customer base.

We offer a wide variety of hair services, as well as other beauty treatments such as facials and TCM treatments.

We are expanding, and our new shop requires enthusiastic beauticians who are outgoing and competent team players. They should work well with other associates to promote a wide range of beauty packages and services to our customers.

We are looking for experienced (FULL TIME):

1. Beautician or Beauty Consultant
2. Sales Consultant or Sales Supervisor
3. Sales Manager

Compensation includes a basic salary plus commission.

Basic requirements:

• 6-day work week
• Perform ad-hoc duties as instructed by the manager
• Promote a wide range of services and packages
• Provide excellent customer service and communication
• Hardworking and cooperative in a team
• Good with peers and a team player
• Able to communicate in basic Chinese and English to maintain good after-sales relationships with clients of different races (most clients speak only English and Chinese)
• Strong negotiation and selling skills, well-groomed and presentable
• Independent and self-motivated
• Positive attitude, willing to learn and take on new tasks
• Knowledge of beauty and facial treatments
