Job summary

OCBC Singapore is seeking a Risk Analytics, Intelligence & Surveillance (RAISe) professional to join the CFS risk and prevention framework. The role emphasizes robust risk surveillance, continuous monitoring, and the use of data analytics and Gen AI to identify material risk trends and incidents.

Responsibilities include MAS BSC checks for sales representatives, monitoring results, remediation, and training on safeguards for new hires; also independent reviews of complaints related to investment

Qualifications

Degree required with at least 3 years of sales compliance experience in banking.
Good knowledge of regulations governing sale of investment products to retail customers (e.g., Financial Advisory Act, MAS Guidelines).
Excellent analytical and attention to detail.
Proficient in MS Office; programming skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform MAS BSC checks for sales representatives and bank policies.
Monitor the BSC results, identify root causes of lapses, and pursue remediation.
Conduct training on safeguards and BSC framework for new hires.
Provide independent review of customer complaints relating to investment sales.
Keep checks current with regulatory developments and internal processes.
Automate independent sales audit workflow using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Gen AI.
