Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is recruiting for a Compliance Specialist on a 1-year contract based at Raffles Place (moving to Punggol District in April). Working hours are Mon-Fri, 9-6; salary up to SGD 4,500.

The role focuses on MAS regulatory compliance for investment product sales, conducting reviews and educating staff. You will help address compliance gaps and enhance processes using RPA, automation and AI tools.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of MAS regulations on sale of investment products.
• Experience with Financial Advisory Act and MAS guidelines.
• Experience in compliance reviews for investment product sales.

Responsibilities

• Review sales activities and documentation for MAS compliance.
• Assess customer feedback and investment-related complaints for conduct issues.
• Analyse findings and address recurring gaps with relevant teams.
• Educate staff on sales compliance requirements and review procedures.
