Support and manage day-to-day sales operations, including processing quotations, sales orders, purchase requisitions, delivery orders, and invoicing.
Maintain accurate sales records and generate reports as required.
Handle customer inquiries via email and phone, providing information about products. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and manage all incoming queries, issues, or grievances with patience, positivity, and professionalism.
Obtain costing from procurement, suppliers, or internal sources, and submit quotations and other related documents to customers promptly.
Proactively update customers on their order status, ensuring timely delivery and accurate tracking.
Handle orders by phone, email, or mail and check that the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
Perform sales administration duties accurately and on time, including proactive follow-up of quotations, developing, supporting, and preparing sales documentation.
Complete other sales administrative duties assigned by the operation manager from time to time when necessary.
Requirements / Qualifications:
GCE ‘O’ Level / Diploma in any field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales.
Possess a positive attitude and good interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Basic knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred to serve Mandarin-speaking clients.
Entry-level candidates or candidates with little experience are welcomed to apply.
Preference for candidates with a good attitude and willingness to learn.
