About the role

Sagana International Pte Ltd, a leading provider of Corporate uniform, is seeking an experienced Sales Co-ordinator to join our dynamic East Region team. In this full-time role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting our sales efforts and contributing to the overall success of the organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing administrative support to the sales team, including managing delivery schedules, coordinating production schedules with suppliers in China and Malaysia, and preparing quotations or sales orders

  • Assisting with follow-up of customer inquiries and orders

  • Providing excellent customer service to our clients, acting as a key point of contact

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in sales co-ordinator role, preferably within the uniform industry

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office

  • A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
