Job description

A full-service digital marketing agency is looking out for a highly talented and motivated sales & marketing consultant to join their team and will be responsible for Asia’s social and marketing networks and digital marketing consulting services.

Responsibilities

1. Strategize, conceptualise and develop client campaigns ranging from brand and product launches to driving leads and sales.
2. Assist on pitches for new accounts – attend tender briefings and craft proposals for submission.
3. Ad strategy, targeting, media buying and optimisation on Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter.
4. Manage a team of account executives, designers, copywriters, and developers to ensure completion and progression of projects.
5. Collaborate with clients to build and market their brands on major social platforms like Facebook and Instagram to improve brand awareness and contribute to their offline sales targets.
6. Responsible for the daily digital marketing operations of brands.
7. Produce engaging copy and graphics for online campaigns.
8. Manage community interactions on clients' social platforms.
9. Develop comprehensive monthly analysis reports.
10. Liaise between clients and the team (designers, copywriters, developers) in managing projects and ensuring completion and progression.

Requirements

1. 5+ years' experience in a senior marketing position.
2. Knowledge of data analysis and market research.
3. Demonstrated experience as a marketing consultant or similar role.
4. In-depth knowledge of marketing principles and best practices.
5. Able to effectively and creatively write proposals and reports.
6. Ability to think strategically and analytically.
7. Proficient in MS Office/Working knowledge of IT and marketing software (e.g. CRM).
8. Strong communication and presentation skills.
9. Exceptional problem-solving skills.
