Founded in 2013, the company is based in Mumbai, India.About The Job:Role: Sales & Business Development ManagerBased in: Bangalore / Work from homeWork Timings: 6 days a week from 10:00am to 7:00pm (Alternate Saturday)Reporting to: Business HeadExperience required: 2+ years of work experience in the interior products industryNote: This role will include inter-city travelWhat do you need to do (Role and Responsibilities)We are looking to hire for the post of Sales Manager with a minimum experience of 2+ years in selling high end interior products to interior designers and end clients. To excel in this role, you should be an expert in client servicing, have exceptional negotiation skills, have the ability to think on your toes, and be comfortable with multi-tasking and managing high pressure situations.We are looking for ambitious incumbents who are capable of owning responsibility, from cold calls to the closure of business, all while maintaining a positive client relationship. If you are a go-getter with a proven track record of meeting targets, you will fit right in.Job Responsibilities: Attending walk-in clients Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities and following up by cold calling to generate presentation meetings Contacting any inbound leads shared and focusing on conversion of the lead to business by developing quotes, visiting the site, submitting proposals and client servicing Daily update of the excel sheet and CRM software for all leads generated and shared and follow ups conducted Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers as well as channel partners in the territory assigned Coordinating with the marketing team to capture relevant, good-quality content for marketing purposes Attend trade shows and other industry events to stay current on industry trends and connect with potential customersTechnical Requirements Of The Role: Bachelors degree in any discipline or a 12th graduate 2+ years of experience in selling high end interior products Working experience in using Microsoft Office tools like Excel, Word, Power Point, etc Working experience in using Google products like Gmail, GDrive, Gsheets, etc Working experience of professional email writingSoft Skill Requirements Of The Role: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Time management and planning skills Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty Should be street smart with the ability to think on their toes and handle client negotiations Comfortable with traveling locally and PAN India for project requirements Fluency in speaking in Hindi, English and KannadaSalary: Competitive, based on experience and skill set,
