Position Objective and Summary

  • The Sales and Business Development Manager plays a critical role in expanding the company’s market presence in the hazardous and toxic waste management sector.
  • This position is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and delivering customized solutions that meet both client needs and regulatory standards.
  • A strong understanding of environmental services, market trends, and compliance requirements is essential to drive sustainable revenue growth and long-term customer relationships

Main Tasks / Activities / Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share in hazardous/toxic waste management services.
  • Identify and approach potential clients in industrial, marine, and commercial sectors.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, tenders, and service agreements in line with client requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with operations and technical teams to align service capabilities with client expectations.
  • Keep up to date with environmental regulations (e.g. NEA, IMO, Basel Convention) and ensure all proposed solutions are compliant.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.
  • Monitor sales performance, forecast revenue, and provide regular reports to management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Continuously gather market intelligence and competitor insights.
  • Any other ad-hod jobs assigned.
