We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations & Backend Support Specialist with 3–4 years of experience in managing backend operations, client coordination, and vendor engagement. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless execution of operational tasks across sales, presales, implementation, and support teams, particularly within data center or facilities environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Project & Task Management:
  Support creation, tracking, and closure of project tasks in IT systems; ensure timely updates and progress reporting.
• Incident Handling:
  Raise and manage incidents related to key business IT platforms (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow, Oracle).
• Vendor Coordination:
  Assist in purchase order creation, manage vendor service engagements, and ensure timely delivery of services.
• Client Interaction:
  Liaise with clients to understand purchase order requirements, raise tickets, and ensure smooth backend operations.
• Site Access Management:
  Handle customer site access requests, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure compliance with operational protocols.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  Work closely with sales, presales, implementation, and operations teams to support business continuity and process improvements.
• Ad Hoc Tasks:
  Take on additional responsibilities as assigned to support business needs.

What You’ll Need

• 3–4 years of experience in sales operations, backend operations, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with IT systems such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, or Oracle.
• Familiarity with data center operations or facilities management is highly preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen interest in process optimization.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
