About the role

Join the retail team at Kee Hing Hung Pte Ltd as a full-time Sales Associate. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales in our Raffles Place store. What you'll be doing

Providing friendly, knowledgeable and efficient customer service

Assisting customers with product selection and purchases

Maintaining excellent product knowledge to advise customers

Replenishing and organising store displays to create an inviting shopping experience

Handling cash and card transactions accurately

Supporting stock management and inventory control

Contributing to a positive team environment and collaborating with colleagues

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer-facing retail role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work well in a team and independently

Enthusiasm for providing excellent customer service

Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required

Basic numeracy skills for handling cash and transactions
