Key Responsibilities

1. Product Selling: Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and promote our shoes and handbags. Provide product knowledge and styling advice to enhance the shopping experience.
2. Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues. Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
3. Floor Management: Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor. Ensure products are displayed attractively and restocked as needed. Assist in inventory management and conduct stock checks.
4. Sales Goals: Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets. Participate in promotional events and contribute to a positive sales environment.
5. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with fellow associates and management to achieve store goals and enhance team performance.

Qualifications

1. Previous experience in retail or customer service, preferably in fashion or accessories.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
4. A passion for fashion and a keen eye for style.
5. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
