Descriptions:

1. Ensure the achievement of the sales goals, enhancing and developing the business.
2. Provide an excellent client experience demonstrating knowledge about product, DNA and serving the client.
3. Drive individual KPI goals, e.g. cross and up-selling of products, building relationships with the clients and discovering new opportunities with potential clients.
4. Uphold housekeeping standards in all areas of the store and maintain the visual display of the products.
5. Offer exceptional service standards, suggestions and alternatives, as well as anticipating future needs.
6. Take a proactive learning approach in understanding best sellers, new arrivals, product knowledge and all category information.

Requirements:

1. At least 1 year of experience in fashion retail.
2. Presentable, energetic, self-motivated, and a team player.
3. Sales driven and customer oriented.
4. Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
