Job summary

Une entreprise de vente au détail de mode à Singapour recherche un Senior Sales Associate pour rencontrer des objectifs de vente dans plusieurs succursales. Vous serez responsable de fournir une expérience client exceptionnelle, de développer desrelations avec la clientèle et d'atteindre vos KPIs. Le poste exige une énergie, une présentation soignée et des compétences en communication pour bien servir divers clients. Une expérience préalable d'au moins un an dans la vente au détail est requise.

• Personne présentable, énergique et autonome.
• Orienté vers les ventes et la satisfaction client.

Responsibilities

• Assurer l'atteinte des objectifs de vente, en améliorant et développant l'entreprise.

Descriptions:

Ensure the achievement of the sales goals, enhancing and developing the business

Provide an excellent client experience demonstrating knowledge about product, DNA and serving the client.

Drive individual KPI goals. e.g. cross and up-selling of products, building relationships with the clients and discover new opportunities with potential clients

Uphold housekeeping standards in all areas of the store and able to maintain the visual display of the products

Offer exceptional service standards, suggestions and alternatives, as well as anticipating future needs

Take a proactive learning approach in understanding best sellers, new arrivals, product knowledge and all category information

Candidates with solid experience and track record will be considered for Senior Sales Associate

Requirements:

With at least 1 years experience in fashion retail

Presentable, energetic, self-motivated and a team player.

Sales driven and customer oriented.

Possess excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skill.

Willing to work at Multiple Branches Locations
