Location: Changi Airport ️
Company Transport: Pick-up from home at 6am & return transport at 1am.

Remuneration:

• Basic Salary up to $4,000

• Monthly Allowance ($300 - $400)

• Monthly Commission

• Monthly Incentive

• Variable Bonus

• AWS (Annual Wage Supplement)

Working Hours:

• 5 Days Work Week (2 Shifts):
  ️ 6am – 3.30pm
  ️ 3.30pm – 1am (Depending on roster)

Job Summary:

We are on the lookout for a customer-focused team member to join our luxury watch family at Changi Airport! You’ll drive sales, deliver exceptional after-sales service, and maintain high store standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• ️ Showcase product knowledge and offer recommendations to clients.

• Build and manage client relationships for long-term satisfaction.

• Maintain a high standard on the shop floor at all times.

• Manage stock and support boutique maintenance.

• Assist with admin duties, including stock and traffic count reports.

• Handle credit card and cash payments seamlessly.

• Update after-sales records and ensure smooth daily operations.

• Adhere to retail standard operating procedures at all times.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the luxury watch industry.

• Able to commit to retail hours and work on weekends & Public Holidays.
