Primary Purpose

Contribute to achieving store goals in sales, productivity, and service by utilizing selling skills and service training. You will be responsible for meeting store sales and productivity targets and delivering service that exceeds customer expectations. You will represent Kate Spade as an ambassador of the brand, ensuring customer needs are always met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Tailor approach to different customers by reading cues and providing personalized service.
