Sales Associate, Data & Feeds

Position Summary

This is an exciting, newly created position for a junior salesperson to join a growing cross-regional APAC team! The role specializes in assisting with sales of data solutions across the financial sector and other industries. We target a wide range of personas who require data, analytics, and infrastructure for their operations.

As a junior 'hunter' in pre-sales and pursuit activities, you will assist the team in growing our revenue by winning new business with existing or new customers.

This role focuses on gross sales, with potential promotion to a senior seller based on performance. The successful candidate will receive extensive support from the beginning, including onboarding programs and ongoing mentoring from frontline staff and management.

Role Responsibilities

• Support senior sales specialists in winning new business
• Generate leads via campaigns, cold calling, etc.
• Target new business through strategic approaches, market research, and target lists
• Assist the cross-regional team in progressing opportunities by monitoring internal processes
• Deliver customer demonstrations of our data solutions and related products

Qualifications and Experience Required

• 2-4 years of experience in the financial industry, ideally in a client-facing role
• Understanding of financial markets and how professionals utilize market data
• Strong sales mentality
• Excellent verbal and written presentation skills
