Job Description:

Join our team as a Sales Associate Consultant and become an integral part of our sales and consulting team. In this role, you will work closely with our team to provide valuable support in identifying client’s financial needs, delivering solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in prospecting and identifying potential clients through various channels, including cold calling , email campaigns, and networking events.
  • Conduct research on prospective clients to understand their business needs, challenges, goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop customised solutions and proposals that address clients' specific requirements.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations and answering client inquiries.
  • Support the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring smooth transitions and timely follow-up with clients.
  • Assist in preparing sales contracts, proposals, and other documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any issues or concerns they may have and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, financial market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.

Requirements:

  • Singaporean or PR only
  • At least 21 years old (regulatory requirement)
  • Full certification in GCE 'A' Levels / Polytechnic Diploma/Degree holders (Local Certifications)
  • Proven experience in strategic consulting or similar roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial industry dynamics, markets, and regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Relevant industry certifications are advantageous. Strong understanding of financial products, investment strategies, and industry regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
