About The Position:

Serve as a brand ambassador for a premium coffee house, driving sales of coffee capsules, machines, and accessories through expert guidance, persuasive demos, and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers, assess their taste preferences, and recommend capsule blends and machines that best fit their lifestyle.

• Conduct compelling hands-on demos showcasing machine operation, including brewing options and capsule compatibility.

• Consistently meet or exceed individual and boutique sales targets for all product categories and accessories.

• Maintain store presentation standards—restock displays, manage inventory, operate POS, handle cash/transactions, update CRM daily, and support opening/closing procedures.

Requirements:

• At least 2years in retail sales, preferably in luxury, fine foods, or hospitality

• Demonstrates strong communication, empathy, and attention to detail

• Passionate about coffee and eager to educate customers
