Join our dynamic retail team, assisting customers and managing stock to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage stock control and inventory.
• Assist shoppers in locating products.
• Process cash and card payments.
• Stock shelves with merchandise.
• Report discrepancies and issues to the supervisor.
• Provide product selection advice to customers.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role in the retail industry.
• Proficiency in Mandarin for liaising with Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Basic PC skills (Word, Excel).
• Experience in the luxury product industry is an added advantage.
• Willingness to work on weekends (shift basis).
