Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Full-Time Sales Associate with 1-3 years of experience, ideally in the FMCG or food supply industry. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales and will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, driving sales growth, and collaborating effectively with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Performance:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the FMCG and food supply sectors.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, adjusting tactics as necessary to meet objectives.
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and retention.
- Proactively communicate with clients about products, promotions, and new offerings.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Participate in team meetings to share insights and contribute to strategic planning.
Communication and Reporting:
- Prepare and deliver presentations on sales performance and market trends to internal stakeholders.
- Provide feedback on client interactions to enhance service delivery and product offerings.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the FMCG or food supply industry.
- Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (both written and spoken).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
