MAIN PURPOSE:

The Sales Associate acts as the vital link between the product and the customer, delivering a seamless customer experience through exceptional service and products, fostering customer loyalty and relationship building, and achieving sales targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales

  • Develop strong sales performance aligned with store strategy
  • Meet sales targets set by the Store Manager
  • Respect discount policies
  • Achieve KPIs defined by the Store Manager

Client Management

  • Welcome and handle clients respectfully, in-store, via phone, email, or events
  • Advise and persuade to build long-term client relationships
  • Identify prospects and follow up with new clients, both local and international
  • Invite clients to activations and events, with post-event follow-up

Customer Service

  • Handle each case according to Maison’s standards
  • Follow up on cases and report issues to the Store Manager

Product, Merchandise, and Inventory Management

  • Participate in stock management, reception, and transfer
  • Assist in inventory counts and stock management
  • Ensure products are correctly handled and priced
  • Maintain merchandising standards, including cleanliness and product display
