About the role

Dejade Jewellery Pte. Ltd. is seeking a talented and driven Sales Associate to join our dynamic team in the Orchard Central Region. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the growth of our leading jewellery brand.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and engaging with customers in a warm and friendly manner to understand their needs and preferences
• Demonstrating and explaining the features and benefits of our exquisite jewellery collections
• Providing tailored recommendations and advice to assist customers in finding the perfect pieces
• Processing sales transactions efficiently and accurately
• Maintaining a well-organised and visually appealing store presentation
• Actively participating in sales training and development initiatives to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
• Collaborating with the team to achieve individual and store sales targets

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the retail or luxury goods industry
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers and build rapport
• Strong product knowledge and a keen eye for detail
• Passion for the jewellery industry and a desire to provide an exceptional customer experience
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in English (other languages an advantage)
