Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at a leading Retail Apparel Chain. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining a welcoming and organized store environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet and assist customers as they enter the store.
2. Understand customer needs and guide them to suitable products.
3. Provide accurate information about promotions, payment options, and company policies.
4. Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions.
5. Ensure merchandise is properly stocked and displayed.
6. Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
7. Uphold company standards for merchandise presentation and cleanliness.
8. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and targets.
9. Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
10. Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.

Requirements:

1. Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
4. Basic math skills and attention to detail.
5. Enthusiastic and proactive approach to sales.
