Sales Associate

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers, providing product information and recommendations.

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

• Maintain store cleanliness, organize product displays and store room.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Secondary education or equivalent.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer literacy and ability to operate point-of-sale systems.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Additional Information:

• Salary: $1,900; increase to $2000 after confirmation +2% commission.

• Join allowance during probation $300 or personal sales commission (non-fixed, will get the higher).

• Attendance reward $100 (non-fixed, terms and conditions apply).

• Yearly sales performance incentive based on 1 year sales.

Work Schedule: 5 days work / 44hrs week (based on schedule).

Location: PLQ, Vivocity.
