Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers, providing product information and recommendations.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain store cleanliness, organize product displays and store room.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Secondary education or equivalent.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer literacy and ability to operate point-of-sale systems.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Additional Information:
Salary: $1,900; increase to $2000 after confirmation +2% commission.
Join allowance during probation $300 or personal sales commission (non-fixed, will get the higher).
Attendance reward $100 (non-fixed, terms and conditions apply).
Yearly sales performance incentive based on 1 year sales.
Work Schedule: 5 days work / 44hrs week (based on schedule).
