About the role
This full time Sales Associate position is for Alice + Olivia, a globally renowned contemporary fashion brand celebrated for its bold designs and empowering style. Rest assured, your role will be directly with Alice + Olivia, contributing to the creativity, innovation, and excellence that define our brand.
What you'll be doing
In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the overall operations of the store.
Accountable for reaching personal sales goals and contributing in achieving the store goal
Utilize company selling tools to ensure customers receive excellent customer service
Maintain current product knowledge and utilize it to maximize daily sales
Accountable for maintaining and updating client books with detailed information on customers
Develop and maintain client relationships
Ensure image and grooming standards are professional and reflective of the brand. Maintain company visual standards at all times.
Handle daily store operations
Provide support in-store operations, including sales, inventory movements, etc.
Comply with all point of sale policies and procedures
What we're looking for
A brand ambassador who is energetic and has an outgoing and friendly personality
Strong customer service orientation and the ability to provide a seamless shopping experience
Ability to establish and maintain long term relationships with customers through offering impeccable customer care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills while maintaining a professional attitude
Provides support to in-store operations, including sales, inventory movements, etc.
Passion for the luxury retail industry and knowledge of high-end products and trends
Willing to work during weekends and public holidays
Nitec, 'N' Level or above
Immediate availability or on short notice is highly preferred
2-years in fashion retail experience
