Qualifications

  • Coordinate sales figures and topics across APAC subsidiaries.
  • Prepare sales reports/forecasts and other sales-related figures.
  • Responsible for sales training and presenting in meetings.
  • Support subsidiaries on marketing plan and bonuses.
  • Plan and liaise global events with subsidiaries and HQs.
  • Organize and support global events.
  • Travel to countries in EU and APAC for events, meetings & trainings.
  • Plan and organize APAC Top Leaders’ Meeting.
  • Any other task related to the role.

We are looking for top talent as “ASSISTANT TO CHIEF SALES OFFICER”. The successful candidate will be a born leader, has already developed some managerial competences, excellent communication, and presentation skills. You will work closely with the Chief Sales Officer, Asia Pacific to develop the skill set to perform all tasks within the Sales and Marketing region. Your ambition should be to develop yourself into a Management position within the PM Group. You will be based in Singapore.

YOUR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDES, but not limited to:

  • Support the APAC Chief Sales Office in his daily work.
  • Coordinating sales figures and topics across APAC subsidiaries.
  • Preparation of sales reports/forecast and other sales related figures across APAC.
  • Responsible for sales training and presenting in business meetings.
  • Supporting subsidiaries on their issues on the marketing plan and bonus/commission, etc.
  • Planning and liaising of global events with global Subsidiaries and other HQs.
  • Organising and supporting global events.
  • Traveling to countries in EU and APAC in supporting events, meetings & trainings.
  • Planning, organising, and supporting of APAC Top Leaders’ Meeting
  • Any other task related to the role

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?

  • Bachelor`s degree or similar in Business Management.
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience.
  • You have strong collaborative and team working skills, you are structured and result oriented.
  • You are analytical and have a pragmatic approach to tasks.
  • Bilingual. Further languages are of an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office.
  • You enjoy working independently within a team and can work under stress.
  • Willingness to travel.
